Hi

I am using LMS 3.2.1 and cisco view 6.1.9 but when i am seeing in Common services -->Server --> device Update i am able to see number of counts in RME but zero number of counts in Cisco View

Please help how to get rid of it

Not sure I understand what you want to get rid of. The zero count under CiscoView should be a Good™ thing, meaning you

CiscoView is up-to-date, with zero new device packages available. As for RME, if you want to get that number to zero, you'd need to apply all the available device packages for it.

Unless we have a device count in Common services -->Server --> device Update --> Cisco View , We wont be able to use CIsco View in LMS it gives error
