LMS4.1 Error collecting inventory on 3750s

Inventory collection is failing with the following message:

RICS0001:Internal Error,unable to process the collected data from the device.

Why is this happening?  Other devices e.g. 6509s, and 800 series routers appear to collect correctly.

Note: I don't want to re-add these devices to RME, as we have over 200.
