LMS4.1 missing Netconfig portlet for own Portal

Want to create an own public Dashboard with Netconfig portlet included, but cant find it in the list of assignable portlets.

Is there another possibility to get Netconfig portlet in my Dashboard?

I learned Netconfig is not a portelt. So I want to change the question: Can you bring menu topics such as CV, device center, Netshow, Netconfig into the 2 flexible dashboard elements RSS or IFrame or whatever else?

The Aim is a dashbord with only 6 topics the custormer needs from the LMS user.

So its no problem to bring this own dashboard as the default login page but is it possible to hide everything else than the own dashboard with the only 6 elements (2 portlets and 4 menu topics in which technique ever) to assign to users so they can can see only the things they should use.
