Topology View was working till:
Since activating https on LMS-server, Topology View Java Applet doesnt start anymore from the local browser at LMS server.
Deactiving https back to http:1741 doesnt improve.
Behaviour: After call TopoView, the TopologyServer.jnlp will be downloaded, you see the Applet short 1/10 of second flashing and then nothing happened as were something in the OS drive down the jnlp-starter immediatly.
1. both browsers are set to open and not save jnlp Apps
2. DEP is off
3. I deinstalled all JRE's, rebooted and installed cisco-jre1.7 again. In the moment of deistallation the jre installer, show sone jawa.exe are open - very likely all try's of opening Topology Services
