LMS4.2: Empty Device Selector in Reporting

Hi,

In LMS4.2.0 Device Selector is overall working except of the whole reporting with always 0 devices selected. Do you have any ideas what to can do?

Try to Reboot the server and check the issue again.

Your LMS is Installed on which OS ?

its a Windows system

follow the below steps:

1.stop the daemon manager

2.Remove or rename the RME database transactional logs (rme.log) (if they exist):

# NMSROOT/ CSCOpx\databases\rmeng\rme.log

3.

NMSROOT/CSCOpx/database/rmeng> dbsrv10 –f  rmeng.db

4. start the daemon manager

wait for 15 mins and check the issue again.

Hi Afroj,

Thx for the procedure, but it doesnt fix the issue.

I also upgraded to LMS4.2.4, no improvement, cant use overall reporting.
