This is a WS-C4510R+E with a Sup 7-E running 03.02.02.SG enterprise.

I increased SNMP timeout to 10 seconds to no avail.

The IC_Server.log is attached. Any ideas?

-Jeff

I guess I should have specified that the message is received during inventory collection.

I guess I should also have specified this is LMS 4.1 on W2k8 R2

Hi Jeff,

Try to increase the timeout more for snmp, say 20 and enable debug to ICServer and run the job again.

Repost the IC_server.log than if issue persist and also share the IOS running on device.

Thanks for the Reply Vinod.

This is a 4510R+E with a Sup 7-E running IOS XE 3.2.2 SG. As far as I can tell this is based on IOS 15.0(2).

Upped timeout to 20 seconds, same results.  IC_Server.log is attached.

I had the same issue with default snmp timeout value. After I have changed the snmp timeout to 30 sec, the LMS successfully collected inventory details from 4510R+E.
