I want to ask, if DFM correlates SNMP traps into events and finaly alarms or is its purpose a pure trap forarding to 3rt party applications only?
If DFM makes a real trap processing, how is it posible to control the behaviour, e.g. to be sensitive for dot1x-traps?
Are dot1x-traps at IOS devices are enabled with the "snmp-server traps enable" command automaticly?
Actualy the customer who owns a LMS4.1 need 802.1x monitoring as well and I want to check what features we can use from LMS (beside Eventmonitor for dot1x relevant Syslogs) to can help him. May be it is just possible with specialized monitoring tools only, like MacMon or DICAM.
