Logging Issued Commands with Syslog

I would like to capture the commands that are issued on a router or switch with syslog. Is this possible? How? In the PIX and ASA syslog messages are created for each command entered. Currently logging is set to debug and captures when a user leaves the configuration level.

Not possible on router or switch.

You would need to set up the Accounting part of AAA, and log the info to a Tacacs server.
