LOGON PROBLEM

Hi,

I'm using CiscoWorks 2.5 on windows 2003, and I dosen't have any service pack installed. When I'm try to logon, to server, after entering user ID and passowrd I'm getting below error. I have verified the sequences of services, and re-started the server as well.

Error

"You don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this server."

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi Mohammed,

please try the following:

Drive\Program Files\CSCOpx\setup\support\resetcasuser.exe

Where drive is the driveletter where CW is installed.

I had tried the above, It's ask for the password, I had re-set the password as well, but still the error is same.
