Logs does not get captured on syslog server

Hi Experts

I have one syslog server we have installed kiwi syslog software for log capture.

We are able to capture all devices logs in kiwi syslog server except the the switch to which kiwi syslog server is connected.

Configuration is same for all devices.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Surya
