Lost paper PAK codes

Can someone confirm what the process is for replacing lost PAK codes prior to them being registered?

I assume that Cisco knows what's been registered and what hasn't (surely the whole point of the exercise) so can cancel the original PAK codes and supply new ones?

(Having said that, using common sense in relation to software licensing never seems to be much help..... :-)

Cheers

Pete

Normally the company purchaser is sent an e-delivery notice in addition to the physical PAKs. The e-delivery allows you to go into the e-delivery system (assuming your are authorized by your company administrator) and retrieve the PAKs with which you can then go into the licensing portal and obtain licenses.

If that person doesn't have that email, your reseller or partner should be able to get it for you.

You can also open a TAC case to request it. Even without Smartnet support you can do it for a new purchase - assuming you purchased via an authorized reseller.
