I’m having difficulty getting email alerting working on a MARS box running 3.4.1 I’ve followed the configuration steps described in the MARS user guide 3.4.1PDF section appendix A.
Email alerting on a MARS box has always been a problem. Eventhough the configuration is supported, this has never worked. I think this is a known issue.
I was able to get it to kick out an alert after a repot was ran, but unable to get the alerting working after a rule criteria was met.
The reporting seems a little unreliable.
