Monioring & Management system

We are working to deploy an Enterprsie management and monitoring system. Our topology consists of more than 100 routers (Cisco 3845, 3600, 1841, 1600, and 1700) in addition to Cisco PIX 525, VPN concentrators, IDSs and also Cisco switches.

We have 3 options (openview from HP, Tivoli fom IBM, and Unicenter from CA).

Please i need guidelines about determining the right choice, or in other words which points must we check?
