I agree with Kishore. However, If you want to monitor real time (polling time starts from every 5sec!) you can use Cisco Configuration Professional. I do not know the type of your router but it is supported to all the new ISR G2 routers (e.g. 1900,2900, 3900...) It is free and you can download it by cisco.com with just a simple login account.
The CCP replaces the Cisco SDM and can be very useful especially for troubleshooting.
