HI,
I'm using a SNMP script that goes and gets basic status information of the switches on the network and logs it to a database. We have started adding 3750's on the network and I would like to know the SNMP mib tree that I would have to follow to get the POE usage information without having to log onto each switch on the network.
If anyone knows the tree I'm looking for then I would be very grateful.
Adam

Hi Adam,
Regarding the POE information, there are several MIBS for this, such as the
CISCO-POE-PD-MIB, the POWER-ETHERNET-MIB and CISCO-POWER-ETHERNET-EXT-MIB. However,
according to the support lists:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps5023/products_configuratio
n_guide_chapter09186a00805a6501.html
ftp://ftp-sj.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/cat3750/cat3750-supportlist.html
These MIBs are not supported at this time on the 3750?s platform, but a Product
Enhancement Request has been filed already to include the POE support for these devices
with the following ID:
CSCei86248: Placeholder for adding POE MIB
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCei86248&Subm
it=Search
I hope this helps.
