we're implementing a small MPLS cloud for our customers, currently there are not too many MPLS VPNs, but there is still a problem how to monitor and manage the CE routers. I read that there is the possibility to configure the "special" management VRF and import there cirtain customers prefixes, but the problem is that pretty all VPN customers are using the same IP range, let say 192.168.1.x. It means that all CE routers has the same IP address.
What is the best practice to overcame it?
I see one possibility is to assign a uniqe /32 IP address to every CE router and export/import it into management VRF, but as number of VPN will grow the routing tables will grow as well and contain only /32 routes and it's not good.
