We are using Cisco Secure ACS v3.2 to manage our TACACS. I have been assigned a task to change the TACACS key of a group which has 400+ devices. I am not sure if there is any way in which i can change the TACACS key at once instead of doing it individually for all the 400+ devices. Looking forward to hearing from you. Unfortunatly Ciscosecure ACS is just an authentication server, not a device management platform so you cant use it to make the required changes.
Might I suggest you take a look at Net::SNMP with Cisco modules (its perl and free) ?
