Cisco doesn't typically post these sort of documents on their public web pages. There are two sources, however, that I know of. First is your Cisco account team. They can provide collateral product information with that sort of in-depth technical detail on the product architecture. Second is that Networkers presentations sometimes have that sort of information. Previous years' attendees should have access to the presentations given at the Networkers that they attended.
This year's is about to start up and one can register for a "virtual" Networkers giving one access to the presentations without attending the conference. That's a good training option even aside from the question at hand. see http://www.cisco-live.com/attendees/virtual for more information.
