I'm not able to use the upgrade command with --install option to update NAM-2.

An error message appears: Available hard disk space is not sufficient for the NAM upgrade.

Any idea?

This is almost always an indication of disk corruption. The solution is to RMA a new NAM. Please contact the TAC so they can do an RMA for you.
