Hello, I have installed a NAM (WS-SVC-NAM-1-250S) in a VSS.
The NAM capture traffic and it seems work fine but I can´t see the Active Calls or Known Phones but I do see RTP Streams.
I don`t know if some aditional configuration is needed or it is because my Voip telephony is Avaya and there is a incompatibility.
The card is installed in the Distribution VSS, where is concentrated the server´s and user´s access swtiches, so i think the nam is in the way of calls signaling.

This could be related to CSCse14917. This bug states that there are known incompatibilities between voice monitoring and non-Cisco voice products. Avaya was explicitly called out. The bug was closed as support is not planned for the NAM.
