NAM SPAN External Router

Analysis Module (WS-SVC-NAM-2)to monotor the external CISCO router interfaces under netflow.

I tried to enable netflow on router ios , but having problem to configure SPAN on module? any suggestions

SPAN and NetFlow are not the same thing. If you're using NetFlow on external routers and have pointed it to the NAM, then you need to turn on the collection for the Netflow Source first in the NAM to be able to see the info. You can also for testing purpose use the Listening Mode in NAM GUI to ensure that the NAM is seeing NetFlow data from the device in question.
