How I make report from NAT Translation for each day or week and store in the syslog servers or in the router logging.

Depending on the type of device, I think you can get NAT translation tables by querying specific SNMP MIBs. Search through Cisco MIBs here: http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/SearchOID.do?local=en&step=1
