NCS service failed has been restarted

Hi,

I have two prime Cisco Server 1.3 HA deployment, operating on VMware.

From the health monitor on the primary server, i get the following message, which is recurrent: "NCS service failed and has been restarted".

This happens about 15 times at different times but on consecutive days, until the message changes to: "NCS service failed and can not be restarted". The HA is working properly, but the main restoring spend a couple of weeks and I have again the same problem.

I will appreciate any help with this issue.

'Sounds to me like you'll need to break your HA down and get it stablilized.

Once you have it down and stable and all patches installed you would then run and ncs cleanup on the secondary and re-establish the HA:::

Typo::::

Should be:::

Hi Rob,

thanks for your answer. Perform before you indicate me the procedure and remained stable for a week, presenting the same problems again.

Resolve the issue by allocating more storage in the virtual machine.

Best Regards
