Need evidence that someone did a hard (button) reset of switch

Hi,

We shipped a configured Cisco 2960 that was tested for power failures, copy running-config startup-config, unplug and plug it back in ...

Now after some days after the shipping, the customer has complaints that he can't get his system to work.

After some analysis by phone I can know that the switch has no configuration (no VLANs, no management IP...).

So I gave him an SOP on how to insert the configuration script, he has done that and everything works fine, even after poweroff/poweron.

Offcourse we now have problems because the customer indicates that we shipped an unconfigured switch, while I am 100% sure that it was tested.

The customer says it is the exact switch as was received with the shipping.

How can I prove that someone did a reset by holding the button or anyway else?

Is there any way for me to do this? Is there a history log of this in the switch?
