Need help configuring A NAS

Hi all I want to set up a Dlink DNS 323 NAS so my next door neighbour (max distance 15m) from where the NAS is but want to do this wirelessly but not share my internet with him. He is definately with in wireless G and N distance.

Hardware I have

Cisco/Linksys WAG 160N V2
NETGEAR DG34GSPv3
2TB HDD

He has a Netgear NB6PLUS4wn
Dlink wireless N 150 PCIE Network adaptor
2TB HDD

All hardware have latest official firmware available.

It sounds like you need a firewall that can provide you with a DMZ.  That way you can both access the 
NAS but your neighbor cannot get to your LAN.  Below is just an example. Not intended as a solution.
