Netconfig SNMP comunity string RW overwrite

I want to change the snmp rw comunity string on all our devices. I can do it individually but not through Netconfig, error - "ERROR:RME_CDL1001:Pre-Device deploy operation failed" which doesn't appear in any cisco document search??

Any ideas?

This looks like CSCse64557 which is fixed in RME 4.0.5

RME 4.0.5 is part of LMS 2.6 which is now posted on CCO
