Netflow and IP SLA

If I do not have VOIP on my network and response time to most of my remote sites is not a major issue, what are the advantages of using IP SLA instead of Netflow that will show bandwidth utilization and IP conversation between local and remote host?

IP SLA will show you latency jitter and delay statistics for your network for VOIP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS protocols.

Netflow will give you statistics about how much one protocol is used. But you will not have SLA (service level agreement) statistics.

so it's two different things that can be separately configured on the router.
