I have ? how does this upgrade the IOS

using standard does it use http or tftp

and what command would it use.

Cause I am unable to upgrade the IOS through CLI

I think you can able to upgrade IOS only on GUI by using Network Assistant. If you are not using Network Assistant then you can follow normal procedure else you are using Network assistant then only on GUI. The Software Upgrade feature cannot use a third-party TFTP server running on the same PC where Network Assistant was launched. Network Assistant has an embedded TFTP server, so there is no need to run a different TFTP server on the PC. Use the standard mode of the Software Upgrade feature, and the embedded TFTP server will transfer the software upgrade file.
