Network Show Batch Report -

I've figured out how to create and run Network Show batch reports that allow me to execute a command(s) on a group of devices like 'show port status'. By using the Batch jobs, I can run commands on more than 10 devices which is all that is allowed under Network Show Commands > Immediate Execution.

A Job # is created below:

/var/adm/CSCOpx/files/jobs/netshow

in this case it assigned 1171. In that directory, there is a .log file. The first line in the .log file say this:

Remote console command is not enabled for the user cwsiver.

What does this mean?

This is an informational message. It means that the user cwsiver does not have the rights to execute ad hoc Network Show commands.
