Netwotk Modules Supporting Qos on 3640

Hi,

Im looking for layer3 Network Modules on 3640 that support QoS features such as WRED, CBWFQ etc altogeher as I want to test these features. But bcauz of limited resources I want to buy only 2 to 3 such NMs which have all these feutures in it.

Im searching though but I've only finding limited info about QoS features available on these NMs.
