A trial version of CiscoWorks is not available for download. Your account (sales) team should be able to get you a trial version on CD. (It's a several CD installation.)

Note the name "CiscoWorks 2000" is no longer used to describe the current product. It is CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS).
