I have never used Solarwinds, but being a long-time supporter and developer of CiscoWorks LMS, I can say I find it to be quite feature-rich. It seems LMS is well well supported in the forums (excellent work from jc) but QPM doesn't seem to get the same attention. I'm finding QPM a very difficult product to work with due to many issues with the user interface (regular error messages with no description as to why). LMS is certainly a comprehensive product although it does have it's limitations.
