getting this error |ERROR|license|Ajp13Processor[9009][11]|DfmAuthenticate|doLicenseCheck|.|Exception while getting total number of devices from TIS com.cisco.nm.trx.tis.service.TISServiceException: No more connections allowed

could this be the problem I cant get any backups?

here is my license screen, It looks ok

1. CM 4.0 Unlimited Purchased

2. DFM 2.0 Unlimited Purchased

3. IPM 2.6 Unlimited Purchased

4. RME 4.0 Unlimited Purchased

This problem could be related to trying to manage too many devices (or rather too many ports/interfaces) in DFM. It could also be due to a bug in DFM that was since been corrected. Exactly which version of DFM do you have?
