Not able to view logs in syslog report beyond 4/5 days

Hi,

We have CIsco Prime LMS 4.2.4 installed on Windows. When I am trying to generate Syslog reports from following path...

reports>Faults and events>Syslog>

for period of more that week it shows logs for last 4/5 days. I have tried all possible options available like monthly weekly or schedulling of report. But no luck. Current size of log file is around 1.5Gb. Can some one help me to sort out this problem.

Hi ,

Did you check the actual syslog.log ..

Open the syslog.log using Notepad++ or editplus and check the syslogs date and time there.

Thanks for your response Afroz. I have already checked the Syslog file & confirmed that it has logs of last one month.
