Notification Services stopped working

I have Device Fault Manager 2.0.10.

Notification services was configured and working.

Recently I have to break the ACS integration to remove a limbo device.

Since putting back ACS integration, I am not receiving any notices related to device fault services.

I am receiving e-mail on the RME jobs and reports, but not notification from DFM.

I have redone the alerts and activities setting with no luck.

What could be the problems?

This is most likely related to CSCso28593 which is fixed in DFM 2.0.12.
