NTP in 12.4(20)T?

After upgrading to 12.4(20)T I get problems with NTP. The new implemantation of NTP in this release does not syncronize as easily as the NTP does in previous relaeses. Also there are som new output from the "show ntp ass". Like outlyer, falsticker, sys.peer. The value for delay does always show 0.000. Before it showed the delay to the peer. Also the offset and disp-values are showing very different values than before.

Anybody else experincing this? Are there any new doc's about the new implemantation of NTP and its backwards compatibility?
