How to migrate only the historical syslog message from LMS 2.2 to LMS 2.5?

You can't migrate ony the syslog messages. You have to migrate all the data.

You can't migrate only the historical syslog messages, per se.
Please remember that in LMS 2.2 the system only retained a max of 14 days of Syslog event messages - essentially this is a near real-time and recent history monitoring tool. RME Syslog Analyzer isn't intended to be a long-term storage tool.
You may find that your historical messages are still availabile in /var/log/syslog_info if you aren't rotating logs. RME Syslog Analyzer reads that file every 30 seconds and imports the new entries into the RME Syslog database. It leaves the original syslog_info file untouched.

You can find a table and data via
http://
Username, passwords and database names you will find in original template files in $NMSROOT/databases/...
You can try to use a script similar to this one, to copy and paste tables, but it is a real HACK.
I have not try it so far. It is only an idea.
