Out of Band Network Design

Hi all, i need to come up with a quick design, basically we have a number of local and remote sites that are having some out of band power and console equipment installed, normally this equipment will be reachable over the normal wan connection, however, if that fails we want a totally seperate connection via DSL to reach the out of band management network, so from my main site If the wan is down I want to be able to connect to the out of band router so I can get onto the power and console devices. whats the best way to do this, bearing in mind I cannot touch the normal wan equipment and the security risk of comprimising the out of band network?

Many Thanks

cheers
