Out of Sync Devices

Hello Dears,

After upgrading to rme 4_3_1_win i m facing below issues.

1. One of the devices is out of syn but when i go on out of syn tab there is no tick mark selection to select the switch to go ahead and syn, In RME home page it shows me out of sync.
2. Please find the attached error and please suggest why it is so.
3. Very Less options are seen in Device Center, as seen in the attached.

you can start by applying the patch for the bug CSCtc21648

Symptom:

The Resource Manager Essentials tasks and reports are missing from the Device Center.  Additionally, all RME-related device information is also omitted.

Conditions:

This occurs after applying the RME 4.3.1 EnergyWise service pack.

Workaround:

A workaround is available by contacting the TAC.

and see how things go from there.

There is a patch fo that bug.

Cisco TAC can provide it.
