Password in Ciscoworks won't hold

Is their a password .txt or config file in ciscoworks that can be deleted or changed? Reason being is that Ciscoworks doesn't hold username/password changes.

Once you add the credentials, they are saved into the database, no flat file.

You answered my question but, what would cause usernames and passwords not to work after they are created. We have tried different usernames (30 of them), different passwords, and administration the users with different administrative logons and PCs.

Try setting up a packet capture and see what is happening
