The quickest solution is to cut and paste the result from your favorite terminal emulator.
If you want automation and scripting, any number of terminal emulation tools can do that as can windows powershell scripts. Also, many newer routers have TCL scripting capabiltiies built in as well. There are also lots of automation tools from various vendors. There are a number of ways to solve the problem, but you need to be more specific about your problem.
