PIX config archiving on CiscoWorks

I'd like to know if it's possible to archive PIX configuration to RME without having VMS installed? I can see CWS account logging in but then it fails to login to enable mode. The PIX is on TACACAS. Looks like TACACS issue, maybe need to make a group, where CWS account belongs to, enabled for PIX MMC. But how could that be a case if the CiscoWorks does not have VMS. Let me know what you think. Thanks a lot.

Is the PIX configured to prompt for a username and password when entering enable mode? Or do you just enter username when initially logging in and then just a password to get into enable mode?
