I am trying to access my PIX 525 via telnet through Ciscoworks. I have enabled telnet per the instructions but it fails everytime. I assume there is an access-list that I need to create but I'm unsure as to what address to use. I tried the address that snmp is able to connect with but that fails.

More simple you need to add 'telnet AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD 255.255.255.255 inside' to your global config. The AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD being the IP address of the host in where you want to telnet from. You could specify a whole subnet there by using a /24 or other netmask, but that's not very secure is it.
