My netgear that I currently have will send syslog messages to a syslog server that tracks every website that someone visits. Does the PIX 515 also have this capability?

It can, but seems to be an all-or-nothing deal:

So if you want to track a specific set of user(s) only, the filtering has to be post-processed on the syslog server end.
