Hi,

I believe this bug is still not fixed with that patch .Just checked a case :

http://wwwin-tools.cisco.com/casekwery/getServiceRequest.do?id=628674783

in which the engineer raised a case with development team and they mentioned they are still working on it. So i would say best thing will be to open a case with them and check if it is still fixed or not.

Hope this helps.

thank you nidhawan

that is crazy...

unfortunately I cannot open that link.

and the customer's service contract expired a coupleof months ago...

What do you think about upgrading to 2.1?

Hi,

You can try upgrading to 2.1. I saw a couple of cases in which upgrading to 2.1 fixed the issue. So you can certainly try that and see if it works.

I am running 2.1 and I keep getting a Crash when trying to upload a DWG file. It is a complex file with over 100 rooms but I have striped it down to basic and still having issues :(

not sure its fully fixed yet.

Hi,

In that case you will have to open a TAC case so that an engineer can open a case with BU team to assist further on this issue.

SAdly response from Support is "work around is to covert to JPEG and import that" :(

Some really minor issues are making Prime anoying to work with.

Did anyone ever find a solution to this??? Having same issue. Upload .dwg autocad and prime crashes. Except in my case I cannot start the server anymore and get into the GUI at all. Running Version : 2.1.0.0.87
