Ideally almost all the above mentioned features are present in Cisco Prime Infrastructure.

It (PI 2.0, to be more specific) can manage up to 18,000 routers, switches, Adaptive Security Appliances (ASAs), and access points, including the new Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series Converged Access switch and new Cisco 5760 Wireless LAN Controller.

There will be a seperate PI upgrade license and if you have SAS/Smartnet contract, you may get a PI upgrade for free, check in the Product Upgrade Tool.

For more details on the capabilities, please check the data sheet for PI 2.0 here :

As Vinod correctly noted, you can manage those types of devices with PI 2.x.

If you do not have SAS support on your LMS there are some upgrade SKUs your partner or reseller can refer to . They can use the BOM builder in the partner community to get that exactly right.

If you have SAS for your LMS 4.x, the upgrade is included. (If you're coming from LMS 3.x, you would have to buy upgrade SKUs.)
