Prime Infrastructure 1.4

Hello,

I'm new to this system Cisco Prime Infrastructure and faced some issues while doing configuration.

In Operate>Clients and Users 

I can see all the users connected to it. I want to remove or disable the client connected to the particular switch but it is not allowing me to do so.

Disable and Remove tabs are greyed out.

When I select the client connected to the switch ,following tabs are available i.e.troubleshoot,test,more,Track client,identify unknown users  but Disable and Remove are still greyed out.

In Operate>Alarm and Events 

When I select the alarm and go to troubleshoot, packet Capture is greyed out.

Please find the attachment for you reference.

Please help me with the solution asap.

You can't disable a wired

You can't disable a wired client. Its only applicable for wireless clients.

And what about the packet capture....even that is greyed out..

How can that be enabled????
