Problem Cisco WORKS Creating Group Notification

HI i ve a problem with ciscowork email alert , wen i try to create a group for email alert ciscoworks sayd me that i dont have any device in know state but when i go in the list of device there are all in know state place can you help me or indicate some sulution? thanks - Massimo

Which LMS version is it? Are you able to edit anything in Polling and threshold? Or do anything else properly in MOnitoring porttion or DFM?

Please share screenshot of the issue.

LMS version is 1.1.

I can't edit anything in Polling Parameters subsection because Device Groups are empty.

I can manage Thresholds and set priorities.

It seems everything else is working correctly in other portion of DFM; I can import devices manually and automatically, set

SNMP config, rediscover and delete devices.
Here are the screenshots of the issues:
Step1: add an Email notification(Notification Services->E-Mail notification)

Step2: add a Notification Group (Notification Services->Notification Groups)
here is the error message:
"There are no devices in the system (in Known state).

This may be because devices have not been added to DFM, because DFM is in the process of learning about added devices, or

because all devices were selected for deletion. Check the Discovery Status page for more information."

Can anyone help me? I do not really know how to fix this. Any hints?
