problem in LMS 3.2 on windows 2003 server

Dears ,

I cannot create a backup and Shows the below error ,what I do please ?

( [Wed Nov 20 19:53:24 2013]  ERROR(292): E:\LMS/backup.LOCK file exists

Most probably another backup process is running

[Wed Nov 20 19:53:24 2013]  Backup failed: 2013/11/20 19:53:24

So what can I do to solve this problem ?

problem in LMS 3.2 on windows 2003 server

Go into E:\LMS directory and delete the file backup.LOCK.

It may be there due to an earlier backup that did not complete normally.

    after i take the backup yestarday shows the blewo logs :

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSUSERMESSAGE"

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSUSERTYPE"

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSVIEW"

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSWEBSERVICE"

No errors reported

SQL Anywhere Command File Hiding Utility Version 10.0.1.3830

[Sun Nov 24 17:14:17 2013] Backup cmf to E:/lmsbackup\0\cmf\database\cmf.db failed second time.

[Sun Nov 24 17:14:17 2013]  ERROR(1403): Database cmfDb backup failed and . Check the log file for information.

[Sun Nov 24 17:14:17 2013] Backup failed: 2013/11/24 17:14:27

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SQL Anywhere Backup Utility Version 10.0.1.3830

Database backup completed

So please what can i do to recover that backup without any error ?
