Problem LMS 3.1 Upgrade Inventory

I am having a problem with a computer to update the inventory, the equipment is added but can not collect the information, and try deleting it and making it to add and you do a server restart is the only team that I have problems.
three devices are found in the stack model is WS-C3750G-48PS-S.
I can give suggestions to try.

Problem LMS 3.1 Upgrade Inventory

Invenotry Purely depends on SNMP. Make sure you device is SNMP reachable from ciscoworks server (Check snmpwalk from device center) and make sure the LMS has right set of SNMP credentials for device (check Credential Verification Job).

Post the failure Reason/screenshot and NMSROOT/log/IC_server.log.

Also, i would recommend to upgrade your server as LMS 3.1 is pretty older and you can upgrade to LMS 3.2 for free.
